Three Instagram posts worth sharing this week on your feed.

You're playing it careful on Instagram, but everyone scrolls. My Residents posted things on Friday that scared them. This is what they created, and why it worked.

My Residents spent Friday in a 6-hour Content Sprint — an implementation day where we did not talk about posting. We actually posted.
I taught them three types of content. Not the kind that gets liked. The kind that gets saved, shared, and sent to someone specific. And then I sat with them while they wrote it.
Here is what safe content sounds like: "After years in a demanding career, I needed a change."
Here is what brave content sounds like: "If I hadn't burned out in my classroom after 20 years, The Pomeroy Method wouldn't exist."
The first one was written to avoid the wrong audience. The second one was written to find exactly the right one. The difference is not talent. It is the willingness to say the specific, real, slightly uncomfortable thing instead of the softened version.
Everyone scrolls past the first one. Everyone stops at the second.
Monika posted this on Friday: "My yoga class got cancelled with one week's notice. It was the best thing that happened to my teaching."
That is not a polished post. That is a specific true thing that makes you stop.
(spoiler alert... we also built her a 1:1 private offering inside that same sprint. It sold. One session now pays her three times what a full week of classes used to.)
This Sunday
The three post types from Friday's Content Sprint. The exact Resident examples. And how to write the one that scares you most.
Inside Tabernacle : A Creative Solopreneur's Journal
Every Sunday, I open the door to Tabernacle. You get the intersection of graphic design, yoga, and business — the visual identity work, the positioning conversations, the honest launches, and the quiet building that happens at home while raising a daughter solo. This is the work before the world sees it.
