Spinning vs. scaling. The framework difference.

You can't scale without a framework. A framework is what makes your work visible. It’s what turns “I post a lot” into “People finally get what I do.” It’s also one of the clearest ways to know if you’re ready for September.
If you need to get in touch with me, email erica@jagoyoga.com. And if you're interested in joining a live masterclass on personal branding at the end of August, hit reply and tell me — I'll send you the link.

Okay, so here's what I'm watching happen.
Women come to me, and they're posting consistently. They're showing up. They're being vulnerable. They're sharing their work. And they're still invisible.
And the first question I ask is... Do you have a framework?
Because a framework isn't fancy. It's a container that holds your work. It's the journey your client takes with you. It's the thing that makes you repeatable.
Without a framework, you're just... creating. You're spinning. Every client is different. Every offer is different. Every piece of content is different. You're reinventing the wheel every single time. And you are basically saying: “I’ll come up with a plan for whoever wants to work with me. Don’t worry, I’ll figure it out—just hire me.”
And people are giving you the side eye. For real.
They land on your page and they don’t know where to start. They don’t know what you’re actually offering. They don’t know if they’re ready. They don’t know what to expect.
So they leave.
But when you have a framework? Everything changes.

Laura Carbone built the Spiral Voice.
Three phases. Maiden, Mother, Crone. Each one builds on the last. Each one has a specific purpose.

Maiden: Discover and Dissolve.
Mother: Root in the Body.
Crone: The Vocal Legacy.
It’s cyclical. It’s repeatable. It’s clear.
When someone lands on her page, they don’t have to guess.
They know exactly what they’re stepping into.
They know the journey.
They know what becomes possible.
That clarity is what gets them to say YES.
Your framework doesn’t have to be as poetic as the Spiral Voice.
But it does have to exist.
Three phases. Or five. Or seven. It doesn’t matter.
What matters is that you know them. That you can articulate them. That every piece of content, every email, every offer points back to those phases.
That’s when people stop seeing you as desperate.
That’s when people start seeing you as an actual whiz.
That’s when they hire you.

So if you’re coming into Tabernacle in September and you’re thinking, I don’t know if I’m ready, here’s what I’ll tell you:
If you don’t have a framework yet, you’re absolutely ready. Because that’s what we build. That’s step three in my own process. (See what I did there?) xo
I'm building the August 21 Masterclass specifically for you.
So tell me—what's the one thing that would make the biggest difference right now?
What do you need the masterclass to focus on?
Option A: Personal branding & visual identity (mood boards, how to show up on Instagram, your distinct visual style)
Option B: One clear offer (figuring out exactly what you're selling and to whom)
Option C: Building a framework (creating the system that makes your offer repeatable)
Option D: Digital product creation (turning your knowledge into a course or product)
Option E: Spiritual care + business (how to weave your healing work INTO your business strategy)
Hit reply with A, B, C, D, or E. Seriously—your answer shapes August 21

This Sunday's Issue:
The challenge every invisible creator has but doesn’t know yet. The three‑phase structure Laura Carbone uses. And what one‑offer clarity actually looks like when you have a framework.
Inside Tabernacle : A Creative Solopreneur's Journal
Every Sunday, I open the door to Tabernacle. You get the intersection of graphic design, yoga, and business — the visual identity work, the positioning conversations, the honest launches, and the quiet building that happens at home while raising a daughter solo. This is the work before the world sees it.
