My class sold out. Here’s what I’m doing next.

How do I do more without burning myself out? I led 100-plus people through a Kundalini sequence yesterday, and now I’m doing the thing I’ve been avoiding.

Hello from the day-after Dirty South Yoga Festival
That’s where I spent all day yesterday. My class sold out, and I led a room of 100 and some people through a Kundalini sequence called The Creator in All of Us.
I’m soooo grateful. The people in that room just got it. We have to work on our bodies if we are going to have a business. They didn’t need me to explain it. I felt that and I loved it. That’s an 11 out of 10 kind of vibe.
So here’s what I want to ask you today.
What is one thing you could do right now that would make you feel super proud of yourself?
What’s the first thing that popped into your head?
I bet it’s something you’ve been avoiding a little, because it feels outside your comfort zone. Here’s the thing though... no quantum leap happens inside the zone.
So lean into the discomfort. Do it now. Then come back and tell me what it was and how it felt to get it done. Just hit reply and lets make it REAL!
THIS SUNDAY
Behind the paywall, I’m telling you my own thing. It’s the moment in every big project where I have to put my pencil down and make something from scratch. I’ll share what goes through my head right then, and what I’m doing about it.
Inside Tabernacle : A Creative Solopreneur's Journal
Every Sunday, I open the door to Tabernacle. You get the intersection of graphic design, yoga, and business — the visual identity work, the positioning conversations, the honest launches, and the quiet building that happens at home while raising a daughter solo. This is the work before the world sees it.
