THIS SUNDAY
The Sunday habit that means Monday never starts from zero. The launch skeleton you never have to rebuild. And the thirty-minute habit that makes the next launch compound instead of loop.

I build this business inside a 25-hour week. Single mom. No weekends. People assume that takes willpower. It takes design.
Here are the first two of my 10 / 10 habits for extreme creative discipline.
- Know your one promise at the top of the week. Every post, email and offer has to ladder back to it. If it doesn't, rewrite it or put it in the playground folder.
- A minimum you can hit on your worst day. One story, one draft, or fifteen minutes of studying your anchor topic. Track the streak, caring less about the results. You are training yourself to be someone who creates daily.
Inside Tabernacle : A Creative Solopreneur's Journal
Every Sunday, I open the door to Tabernacle. You get the intersection of graphic design, yoga, and business — the visual identity work, the positioning conversations, the honest launches, and the quiet building that happens at home while raising a daughter solo. This is the work before the world sees it.
