Manifesto to Movement: Creating the Daily Habits Your Vision Deserves
Setting big goals is the easy part. Actually building them over 90 days? That's where the real work begins.

Breaking the Pattern of
Beautiful Plans and Zero Progress
We've all been there – writing gorgeous manifestos about what we'll create, only to watch them gather digital dust in our folders.
I recently watched 13 new Tabernacle Residents begin their journey with brilliant visions. But what struck me wasn't their dreams – it was their refreshing honesty:
"I'm afraid to even have visions because I never follow through on them."
"Can I create enough structure as a one-woman business?"
"I'm scattered about what I should focus on next."
This honesty isn't weakness – it's the first step toward building something real.
The truth? Your manifesto (no matter how beautiful) means nothing without the habits to make it real.
The Spiritual Solopreneur's Manifesto:
More Than Pretty Words
As we begin Tabernacle 11.0, we're embracing this manifesto:
We are keepers of sacred wisdom where ancient practices meet modern expression.
Vision without action is a dream deferred.
Structure is not the enemy of spirit, but its vessel.
We build routines that sharpen our creative minds.
Our work deserves to be seen, not through borrowed words or borrowed designs, but through expressions that carry our unique frequency.
Our ideal clients are drawn by genuine connection, not clever tricks.
This is Tabernacle 11.0. Where business meets soul. Where creative doing meets spiritual care. Where what we imagine becomes what we create.
But instead of leaving it as just inspiring words, we're backing it with daily habits.
My Formula System
That Changed Everything
Between managing Tabernacle, leading creative direction, and being present for Noa, I still show up consistently. How? Through specific formula cards for each area of my life:
Notice what makes these powerful:
- WHEN (exact time)
- WHAT (specific activity)
- WHERE (location)
- HOW LONG (duration)
- HOW OFTEN (frequency)
These aren't vague hopes – they're clear commitments with all the details filled in.
Bridging Vision and Reality
The 90-Day Method
The gap between your manifesto and your reality isn't crossed with inspiration alone. It's bridged through tiny, consistent habits.
In Tabernacle, we teach a simple method:
- Choose ONE area you want to improve
- Create a ridiculously small habit (5-20 minutes)
- Connect it to a specific time, place, and existing routine
- Track it visibly for 90 days (we use our Friday calls and Work Critiques for accountability)
Your habit becomes your practice. Your practice becomes your identity. Your identity creates your business.
Your Turn
Design Your Formula Card
What small habit could you start that would move your business forward?
Complete this formula:
During the next 90 days, I will [activity] for [duration] at [time] in [location] on [frequency].
For added accountability, design your own formula card using this Canva template.
Share your formula with me by replying to this email, or post it on Instagram, and I'm happy to share it with my people. We would love to cheer you on.
What I'm Loving
The book "Atomic Habits" by James Clear has been instrumental in refining our approach to habit formation in Tabernacle.
His "identity-based habits" concept aligns perfectly with our spiritual approach to business building.
What I'm Celebrating
This week, the Residents will be sharing their formula cards in our community space! Early momentum is everything.
✿
The most successful spiritual solopreneurs are not the ones with the prettiest manifesto - they are the ones who show up consistently, even when inspiration runs dry. Your habits are the bridge between who you are and who you are becoming.
Until next Sunday,
