Meet Serap
She manages a team at her full-time job while building her healing practice on the side. After her own transformation through Internal Family Systems work, she's ready to expand beyond 1:1 sessions by launching a Substack newsletter.
Serap started in Tabernacle Self-Study and jumped into our Full Residency in May when she realized she needed hands-on design support. In less than 60 days, we've taken her mood board (packed with gorgeous inspiration) and helped her create a system that actually works.
I feel for Serap because I know she comes home exhausted from her 9-5 and needs her brand to inspire her into action, not overwhelm her with choices.
The Creative Challenge

Serap had collected GORGEOUS inspiration - colors that made her heart sing, fonts that felt aligned, images that captured her energy. But when it came time to actually use them? She froze.
What We Fixed in 60 Days
I love heading this section like the title above because Serap really feels like she is SO behind. Yet, look at all we created in such a short time!
Color confusion: She needs to know which combinations work and which don't. So we created a testing system. No more guessing.
Font chaos: Header 1, Header 2, Header 3 - each needs clear standards, so we established hierarchy with specific spacing rules.
Message muddle: Refined how she talks about her frameworks. Serap knows her IFS work inside and out, but she was trying to explain everything at once. We have a saying in Tabernacle: if you confuse, you lose.
Visual inconsistency: Built a brand graphic style using three key attributes. Now any photo feels like it came from Serap's world.
