My Experiment
21 Days of Daily Posting
I just spent 21 straight days posting EVERY SINGLE DAY on Instagram.
And I discovered something that will change how I approach content creation and visibility.
The data doesn't lie – more content didn't equal more growth. In fact, my overall views dropped from 33K to 30K, and my interactions fell by nearly 25%.
But when I dug deeper into the metrics, I found something fascinating.
My Stories performance jumped from 42% to nearly 50% of all views. I reached more unique accounts than before. And I gained 48 new followers instead of losing them like the month before.
The platform was telling me exactly what was working - and it wasn't what I expected.
The Revelation
It's Not About Creating More, It's About Creating Differently
Creative business isn't what it was even a year ago. You're missing the bigger picture if you're still measuring success by follower count or post frequency.
What I learned through this experiment is that there are really two core objectives for any content:
- Reaching new people - For this, Reels are outperforming everything else right now
- Deepening relationships with existing followers - Here, carousels and stories are winning
Success isn't about endless creating. It's about knowing what you're creating and why it matters to the people you serve.

An Upcoming New Offer
From Experiment to Free Access
This visibility challenge gave me so much clarity that I'm doing something I've never done before.
I'm inviting you into the heart of Tabernacle with three free modules – giving you access to the exact steps that have helped soulful creatives stop playing small and start building teaching spaces that feel true to their vision.
These modules will show you:
- How to track your content without drowning in metrics
- Which content types deserve more of your energy
- My exact process for planning content
And if you decide Tabernacle is your next step, you'll get $600 off enrollment through April 30th.
Why am I doing this? Because I only have five spots left in our May cohort, and I want them filled with people who are ready to stop overthinking and start creating work that truly resonates.
Spring Break
A Brief Wyoming Intermission
Noa and I will be in Wyoming from April 10-13, staying with a dear friend and Tabernacle Alumni. I'll be offline during this time, but I've already prepared next Sunday's newsletter with a client case study that shows exactly what happens when someone stops trying to do everything and focuses on what works.
The three free Tabernacle modules will be available starting April 15th. To get on the waitlist, just reply to this email with "MODULES" in the subject line.
If you already know Tabernacle is calling your name and don't want to wait, grab one of the five remaining spots here. We start May 2nd, and I would love to have you with us.
Behind the Scenes
My to-do list this week has been filled with capturing the exact words coming from recent Tabernacle graduates. Their results speak volumes:
"My social media and Kajabi teaching house feels more organized than ever before."
"I loved everything—the work critiques were core to my growth and the Friday calls... which in my opinion need to be 2 hours long so I can keep creating alongside you!"
Current Obsession
Creating less if it means creating better. Listening to the data, but trusting my intuition. And remembering that every "failed" post is just a lesson guiding me closer to what works.
Gratitude Moment
This challenge has completely transformed how I'll teach visibility in Tabernacle going forward.

Your posting matters not because it's constant, but because it's connecting. Your work resonates not when it's perfect, but when it's purposeful.
This is the path of the spiritual solopreneur – not endless hustle, but aligned, intentional creation.
Until next Sunday,
Erica
