Breathwork To Unblock Your Creative Messaging

The Message Block
Why We Get Stuck When Describing Our Work
I hear it all the time from spiritual solopreneurs: "I know what I do changes lives, but I freeze when trying to explain it."
The problem isn't your work - it's the pressure to package deep, spiritual experiences into neat little marketing boxes.
Last week during a discovery call, one of my newest Tabernacle applicants shared her struggle: "I've been doing this grief work for years, but I keep hiding it because I don't know how to talk about it without sounding either too woo-woo or like I am monetizing grief."
When we work in healing, teaching, or creative spaces, we often face a double bind:
Make it sound too spiritual, and some potential clients get nervous. Make it sound too practical, and you lose the essence of what makes your work special.
The solution isn't more marketing tactics -
_
it's breaking through the self-censorship that happens when you try to make your divine work fit into conventional business models.
_
it's reconnecting with the original spark that made you start this work in the first place, before you learned all the 'should's' of marketing.
_
it's finding the courage to articulate the transformative aspects of your work that sound 'too woo' for your comfort zone.
If you want to talk about GOD, grief, or other taboo topics in your marketing, then do it! I want to hear from you and learn from you, not another watered-down version of spiritual work.
Breathwork for Creative Clarity
A Week-Long Challenge to Unwater Your Message
This week, I'm inviting you to join me for something powerful - a 7-day Creativity Breathwork challenge.
I've been using this exact practice with my Tabernacle Residents for years. It's not about forcing creativity - it's about removing the blocks that keep your natural clarity from flowing.
Here's how it works:
- Set aside 22 minutes each day this week
- Find a comfortable place to lie down
- Join me in the guided breathwork practice
- After each session, spend 5-10 minutes writing without editing
The pattern is simple: inhale twice through the mouth, exhale once through the mouth. But the results can be profound.
During my recent 21-day visibility experiment, I noticed something fascinating - the content I created after breathwork sessions consistently resonated more deeply with my audience. They weren't necessarily more polished, but they felt more authentic.
Many of us know exactly what we want to say, but something gets in the way between our heart and our words. Breathwork clears that channel.
Ready to give it a try? I've just added this practice to our SHARE touchstone, which is now open!
ACCESS CREATIVITY BREATHWORK HERE
After each session, I encourage you to jot down what comes up about your work. Don't try to craft the perfect website copy or sales page - just let the words flow. By day seven, you might be surprised by the clarity that emerges.
SHARE is now open!
Your Sneak Peek Into Tabernacle
For the first time ever, I've opened up select Tabernacle teachings through our SHARE touchstone. This isn't just content - it's your chance to experience exactly how we move together inside the Residency.
Simply click the image above to access our free resources, which include several topics and trainings that demonstrate our approach to creative work, messaging clarity, and spiritual business building.
What I challenge you to do this week:
Practice the breathwork every day this week as you work from home.
I know you've been hyper-focused behind the scenes (we all get there), so this is your invitation to create space for divine inspiration to flow.
In Tabernacle, we pair breathwork with specific throat chakra activations to help your truth emerge:
It's completely safe for me to be in my power.
It's completely safe for me to feel my emotions.
It's completely safe for me to express myself.
I have a lot to say.
I have a lot to communicate.
Repeat these after your breathwork session, feel your throat chakra opening, and notice what wants to be communicated through you.
If you want a shorter version of this practice, head over to my Instagram where I've posted a 1-minute version you can do anywhere. I just want to meet you where you are and help you take that next step.
May 2nd is our official launch date, and I really feel this is the dream cohort I've been manifesting and envisioning for 3 years now.
Breaking Through the Blocks
What Happens When You Get Specific
One of our recent Tabernacle graduates shared this reflection after completing the breathwork practice:
"I've been trying to figure out my messaging for months. After just a few days of breathwork, I realized I was trying to sound like everyone else rather than just saying what I actually believe. The language that came through afterward felt so much more natural."
Remove the pressure to sound "professional" or "marketable." Start speaking directly to your unique perspective. However, to access it, you must clear away the noise. In the SHARE modules, I walk you through exactly how to take the clarity you find in breathwork and turn it into messaging that connects.
But for now, keep it simple.
Breathe, write, repeat.
Let the wisdom of your body lead the way.
Behind the Scenes
I'm filling up the last few spots for our May 2nd cohort, and I'm not giving up on my vision. As I tell my Residents: creative work doesn't get DoorDashed to your door. Divine timing doesn't operate on Amazon Prime schedules.
How I am praying:
This new vision board reel I posted last week. The message keeps me going when manifestation feels slow:
"I thank you God. I know you're there. I'm taking the right actions. I believe it's all happening. ALL DAY LONG. Oh my God. You don't deliver on MY timeline. You deliver on YOURS.
I'm eager to meet my cohort. I am ready this year.
And then I go sit with my vision board and let it TICKLE me.
Not taunt me. TICKLE me.
I get an A in believing.
Get an A for taking action.
Get an A in patience.
The vision isn't coming tomorrow. But it IS coming.
So let it tickle me while I wait. Let it remind me why I started. And keep showing up. Every. Damn. Day.
Because that's how manifestation really works.
Not overnight shipping. Divine timing."
Creative processes are not quick fixes; you need to remain committed and stay the course. God is working behind the scenes too, and as we elevate, we must not lose faith.
What I'm celebrating:
Only four spots remain for our May 2nd cohort! I've been visualizing and manifesting this exact group for three years, and it's finally coming together. I'm inspired by my vision board every day and never give up on myself. This is your invitation to join us!
