You'll receive a booking link within 24 hours to schedule your first session. All sessions are 45 minutes, one-on-one, at a time that works for both of us.

Complete Your Intake Form
Before our first session, please complete a short intake form. It takes about 10 minutes. I want to know where you are right now, not where you think you should be.

Week 1: Take Up Space
Your right to be here. Before strategy, before offerings, we start with the most foundational thing.
Week 2: Desire
Your right to want what you want. Not what your teachers wanted. What you actually desire to build.
Week 3: Dare
Are you willing to do something extraordinary with it? Past the safe version into the one that scares you.
Week 4: Generous Offerings
Your offerings are acts of generosity. We build out what you actually offer the world.
Week 5: Articulate
Finding the words. How you talk about what you do in a way that lands with the person who needs it.
Week 6: Vision
Your right to see forward. We pull you out of the day-to-day and build the bigger picture.
Week 7: Faith Do you trust it?
Building the embodied belief that what you've created is real and ready.
What You'll Receive:
- 7 one-on-one coaching sessions (45 minutes each)
- 7 custom yoga and breathwork practices designed specifically for you
- Weekly assignments
- Direct messaging access to Erica, Tuesday through Friday (with Work Critique Add-on)
Investment: $1,400 for seven sessions. Payment plans available.
Please note: All sessions are conducted virtually. All 7 coaching sessions must be completed before June 1, 2026. If you add the implementation package, all 4 work critiques must also be completed before June 1.
